1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of custom-made, print-on-demand products by MoodOutfit.

2. Products

All items are made to order to reduce waste — each one is printed on demand, just for you.

Your chosen mood is at the heart of every product. And if you choose a customizable piece, your personal message makes it truly one of a kind.

3. Orders

Placing an order on moodoutfit.com constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the customer. You can choose your preferred currency at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other available methods, and include any applicable taxes based on your shipping address.

5. Production and Shipping

• Production time: 1–3 business days
  
• Shipping time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location
  
• Shipping zones: Canada, USA, Europe, and other international destinations
  
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships
  
• Delays: MoodOutfit is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances
  

6. Returns and Refunds

As all items are made to order and often personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color preferences, or change of mind.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact.moodoutfit@gmail.com or via our contact form with:

• A photo of the item
  
• Your order number
  
• A brief description of the issue
  

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full/partial refund, depending on the situation.

7. Intellectual Property

All MoodOutfit designs, visuals, slogans, and content are the intellectual property of MoodOutfit. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Data Protection

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you agree to its terms.

9. MoodOutfit Facebook Community

Each purchase gives you unlimited access to a private Facebook group — for as long as the group remains available on the platform.

The group is a space for expression, support, and connection with others who feel the same.
To ensure a respectful environment:

• Be kind and respectful
  
• No hate speech, spam, or promotion without permission
  
• We reserve the right to remove any content or member at any time, without prior notice or justification
  

Instructions to join are sent after your order. Access is managed using your order number and first name.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Québec, Canada. In the case of a dispute, both parties will aim for an amicable resolution before considering legal action.

11. User-Generated Content & Custom Messages

You are fully responsible for the content you provide when personalizing your product. This includes any text, phrases, or slogans added during customization.

By submitting a custom message, you agree not to include any content that is:

• Offensive, hateful, or discriminatory
• Pornographic or sexually explicit
• Illegal or promoting illegal activities
• In violation of third-party rights, including copyrighted material, trademarks, or slogans
  

MoodOutfit reserves the right to refuse, edit, or cancel any order that includes inappropriate or unauthorized content — without notice or justification.
